Flow chart

1. Suction ~ The suction from the VOC gas, such as washing machines and chemical products processors
2. Pre-cooling condenser ~ About minus 30 °C gas is discharged from the cryogenic condenser to pass through the cylinder,the gas is condensed and liquefied by heat exchange with the suction gas to pass through the outer tube.
3. Compressor ~ With the suction pressure by the compressor, it increases the concentration of the solvent on the apparent gas.
4. Water cooled condenser ~ With the supply of cooling water from an external source, pressured solvent gas is liquefied and condensed.
5. Cryogenic condenser ~ The gas is cooled by a refrigerator that cannot be liquefied by the water-cooled condenser. Almost all gases are liquefied here.
6-1. Active carbon unit (Absorption) ~ The activated carbon unit absorbs the gas which is several hundred to several thousand ppm could not be liquefied at cryogenic condenser.
-2. Active carbon unit (Desorption) ~ The solvent gas absorbed in the active carbon is desorbed with temperature (in the) pressure swing method using indirect heating and suction desorption
7. Condenser fluid tank ~ Solvent liquefied with water cooled condenser and cryogenic condenser is accumulated in the condenser fluid tank and regularly discharged to outside with the internal pressure.
8. Water separator ~ Water in the recovered solvent discharged from the condenser fluid tank is separated with water separator and recycled.
